      Although each item is tested and is packed well professionally, few items (less than 0.001%) might be damaged during the shipping. Welcome to contact us to exchange within a few days of order date. Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective, wrong.
      Our refund policy is only applicable to successful returns. We will processed refund and send you a confirmation email within several business days. If you opted for a refund via the original payment method, please allow up to several business days for your account to be credited. Otherwise, please contact us.
      Maybe some products are broken by used, we are willing to provide technical consulting service. If you choose to ship the out-of-warranty product back to us to repair, we will charge reasonable maintenance costs. Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs.
